You can redeem all types of Royale Miles on Paramount Airways, for example, Status and Bonus Royale Miles, for a Royale Award ticket. The Award ticket can be booked either in your name or in the name of any person designated by you.

    Redemption of Award Ticket
    Royale Miles can be redeemed for free tickets (Royale Award tickets) across the Paramount Airways network within India.

    Calculate the Royale Miles required for a free ticket to the destination of your choice by referring to Paramount Royale Mileage Chart provided or check the Mileage Calculator online.

    Booking of Royale Award Tickets
    For any redemption of your Royale Miles to Royale Awards, you can do it online or visit a Paramount Airways office with an Award Request form duly filled-in and signed with a minimum of three working days before the intended date of travel.

    Simplifying Your Redemptions
    Kindly keep in mind the following pointers which will greatly enhance your Royale Award experience.
    1. Please ensure that you include the following information while requesting for any Royale Miles Award, either online or at the Paramount Airways office:
    • Your Paramount Royale membership number
    • Name(s) of the passenger(s)
    • Date of travel (with more than one alternative)
    • Travel itinerary
    • Booking class required
    • The mode of payment of taxes
    2. We cannot accept cheque payments for Royale Award tickets.
    3. Travel agents are not permitted to book Royale Award tickets directly. But, they can liaise with the Paramount Airways office to book Royale Miles Award tickets on your behalf.
    4. Please plan your travel in advance and have alternative dates or destinations in mind to facilitate quicker redemption.
    5. At the time of getting the Royale Award ticket issued, ensure that you have enough valid Royale Miles in your Royale Miles account
    6. Please read all the terms & conditions related to the use of Royale Award tickets.

    Changing Your Royale Award Request
    Once the Royale Miles Award ticket is issued, any change will attract a charge of 500 Royale Miles per sector as a processing fee.

    Cancellation of Royale Award Ticket Request
    The following are applicable for Paramount Airways tickets only:
    • In case the Royale Award ticket is cancelled more than one hour before departure, the total Royale Miles redeemed will be re-credited to your account. However, the cancellation will attract a processing charge of 500 Royale Miles per sector (waived for Royale Platinum members).
    • Any Royale Award ticket cancelled less than one hour before departure (No Show) will attract a deduction of 50% applicable mileage.
    • If you check-in for your flight, but do not report at the boarding gate (Gate No Show), you will forfeit all the Royale Miles redeemed for the Royale Award ticket.
    • If your Royale Miles (against which your Royale Award ticket was issued) has expired, then those expired Royale Miles will not be credited back into your account at the time of ticket cancellation.
      No Blackout Period
      There are no blackout periods applicable for Royale Award tickets on Paramount Airways flights. All Award bookings will however be subject to capacity control.
      • We would like to draw your attention to the following points:
    • Award tickets are different for each carrier. They are booked in a separate class and are subject to availability. When booking Award travel, members may find that although flights are not completely booked, Award tickets are not available. Particularly during peak periods, there may be a limited number of Award seats available on a given flight. Paramount Airways and its Programme Partners reserve the right to limit the number of seats made available for Award travel.

      Royale Award tickets will be issued only after the members have paid the applicable taxes or PSF and any other airport government handling fees. The passengers shall also be responsible for all other expenses and any other charges, claims or liabilities arising in relation to the use of tickets for Award travel.

      Royale Award tickets on Paramount Airways for children below 12 years of age will be 50% Royale Miles for the relevant destination. A member traveling on an Award ticket with an infant (less than two years of age) will have to pay the applicable fare for the infant as Award tickets are not issued for infants.

    Purchase of Royale Miles
    If you are short of Royale Miles for redemption or an upgrade, you can purchase the additional Royale Miles you require by taking advantage of our Royale Miles Options - Purchase Royale Miles.

    Purchase Royale Miles
    This specially designed feature allows you to top up Royale Miles into your Royale Miles account. Royale Miles can be purchased under this facility at the rate of Rs 1.75 per Royale Mile. Each Royale Miles transaction can be made for no less than 500 Royale Miles and in multiples of 100 thereafter.

    Cash Upgrade
    You can upgrade your Elite Award ticket to First by purchasing a cash upgrade for a fixed amount.
    This upgrade is available at the rate of Rs. 2,000/- per sector, for any flight between cities mentioned below.

    Request for a cash upgrade has to be made at the time of check-in. If seats are available on payment of cash, you will be upgraded.
