• Your membership is defined by the Royale Miles you earn. You can earn Royale Miles when you:
    Travel on Paramount Airways

    As per the multi-level Royale Miles accrual system, you will earn Status Royale Miles when you fly Paramount Airways on select fare classes (both in Elite Class as well as First Class).

    This gives you an opportunity to earn Royale Miles on Paramount Airways flights across various fare types, according to your class of booking. The Status Royale Miles that you earn help in defining your tier status.

    You will be awarded with a cabin bonus of 50% when you travel by First Class. These Royale Miles are credited to you in addition to the base Royale Miles accrued.

    Once you reach our premium Royale Platinum, Royale Gold and Royale Silver tiers, you can earn Royale Miles as a tier bonus on Paramount Airways flights. Please note that Royale Miles cannot be earned on free or Royale Award tickets, and employee of the company and agent-discounted tickets.

    Additional 50% Bonus Miles for First Class
    Paramount Royale members will get an additional 50% bonus miles when they travel on First Class on any sector.

    The more you fly Paramount Airways, the sooner you can upgrade to a higher tier and enjoy a host of added privileges. All of your Royale Miles count towards redemption. But please remember that only Status Royale Miles count towards tier upgrades and retention. You will be able to earn Royale Miles faster.

    Royale Miles Validity

    What you earn on your Royale Miles remains valid for redemption for 13 quarters (including the quarter in which they were earned). The Royale Miles will only lapse on a quarterly basis (at the end of the 13th quarter) and not on an annual basis.

    For example, Royale Miles earned by you in the 1st quarter of 2009 (January-March 2009) will expire on the last day of the 1st quarter of 2012 (i.e., March 31, 2012). Hence only the Royale Miles earned in that quarter will expire, and not the entire Royale Miles earned during that year (January- December 2009).

    This kind of Royale Miles validity cannot be extended beyond 13 quarters. If Royale Miles are not redeemed before expiry, they will lapse.

    Tracking Your Royale Miles
    Your Royale Miles account will be automatically updated when you fly Paramount Airways. Please remember to quote your Paramount Royale membership number and make your bookings in the same name as recorded with the Royale Miles programme. You will be kept updated from time to time on your Paramount Royale account status.

    While viewing your account status online, your Paramount Royale membership number and password must be quoted.

    • Royale Miles earned on Paramount Airways will be automatically credited to your account within 72 hours of your flight.
    • If for any reason your Royale Miles earned on Paramount Airways have not been credited, you can update them yourself through your online Paramount Royale account in the 'Retro Credit request'. You will require relevant information on your boarding pass and ticket when you make your claim for missing Royale Miles.
    • Please note that Royale Miles accrued on a Paramount Airways flight taken after September 18, 2008 preceding your enrollment can also be credited to your account..

    To ensure that your Royale Miles are recorded:
    • Make all your Paramount Airways ticket bookings in the same name as that found on your Paramount Royale membership card..
    • Always remember to quote your Paramount Royale membership number when you purchase a Paramount Airways ticket..
    • When you check-in for your flight, present your Paramount Royale membership card..
    Please remember to report any mileage discrepancy within 6 months of your flight date to get them retro-credited to your Paramount Royale account.
