Tele Check-in
Once you become a Royale Platinum, Royale Gold, Royale Silver or Royale Plus member and have a confirmed booking on any class of Paramount Airways, you can save your valuable time with our tele check-in facility. Please refer to the table for details.

This facility is also available on a return flight on the same date. To book a seat, simply call your local Paramount Airways reservation office in advance.

Web Check-in
You can select your seat of preference and also print your boarding pass from the comfort of your home or office.
Our web check-in facility is available on flights departing from select airports within India. A valid e-ticket purchased through a travel agent or online or through any Paramount Airways airport or city office is all your need.

To check-in online, click on the 'Web check-in' option on our home page and follow the steps thereon.
If you are a Paramount Royale member travelling on Paramount Airways by First Class, you can web check-in 48 hours to 1 hour prior to the departure of your flight. And if you are an Elite Class traveller flying our Business Class, you can web check-in depending on your Royale Miles tier as shown below:

You can directly proceed to security check as soon as you arrive at the airport, if you are travelling with hand baggage only.
Additional Baggage Allowance
As a Royale Platinum, Royale Gold and Royale Silver tier member, you can enjoy an additional baggage allowance of 20 kg, 15 kg and 10 kg respectively, over and above the normal baggage allowance of 30 kg on Elite and 40 kg on First.

Priority Tagging of Luggage
As our Royale Platinum and Royale Gold members, you will get a 'Priority Baggage' tag which ensures that your baggage is among the first to arrive on the luggage belt, saving you precious time.

Lounge Access
As a privileged Paramount Royale member, you can relax in the exclusive Paramount Airways lounge (wherever available) at the respective domestic airport while taking a Paramount Airways flight.

Upgrade Voucher
Royale Platinum, Royale Gold and Royale Silver members, when travelling on an Elite Class booking on eligible fares, can enjoy an upgrade to First Class by using their tier or Paramount upgrade vouchers that may be sent to you from time to time.

The upgrade vouchers may entitle you to an upgrade to First Class, subject to a seat being available in First Class, at the time of departure. You can earn Royale Miles according to the class in which you have booked your ticket, and not the upgraded class of travel.

The voucher requirement for upgrade from Elite Class to First Class is as below:

The distance travelled is equal to the full fare base Royale Miles earned for that particular flight.

Points to remember while utilising Upgrade Vouchers
- Call a Paramount Airways office and list yourself for the upgrade before the stipulated time period printed on the voucher.
- Due to operational constraints, we will be unable to accept members who have not booked or listed their upgrades earlier.
- Call Paramount Airways at least 24 hours before departure. You will receive a 'listing only' upgrade and not a confirmed upgrade. Subject to availability of seat in First Class at the time of departure, you will be given the upgrade.
- You can avail yourself of the upgrade facility only on any revenue Elite Class ticket and not with a Royale Award or free ticket.
- While using the upgrade facility, the Royale Miles earned are based on the class of travel booked and not on the class flown.
- Your travel agent can also make a request for an upgrade on your behalf. The agent must contact a Paramount Airways reservation office and quote membership details and voucher number(s) for the sameUpgrades are possible only when the upgraded class of seating is confirmed for all sections of the journey on flights with stops en route.
- An upgrade voucher is valid on a single fare and direct one-way flight only. In the case of connecting Paramount Airways flights, you will require a voucher for each sector that you travel on.
- Upgrade vouchers are not refundable, exchangeable or extendable, and have no cash value. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Please remember that the usage of all upgrade vouchers is governed by Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation and Re-booking Charges
For Royale Platinum members, the cancellation fees and re-booking charges are waived for bookings made on published fares.

Replacement Fee of Lost / Stolen Card
If your Royale card is lost or stolen, please get in touch with the Paramount Airways city office for a duplicate in writing. A replacement fee of 200 Royale Miles will be applicable (waived for Royale Platinum members).
